Every AI task uses credits – short questions a few, big documents more. Docsi always shows how many you have left, and every billing month starts full again. Local tools never cost credits.

### When am I charged?

Only when the 3-day trial ends. After that monthly in advance through Stripe.

### Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time in the customer portal under “Manage subscription”. Stripe prorates the change.

### How do I cancel?

## Which plan suits me?

Both plans include the same features, formats and local tools. They differ only in the amount of AI credits and the number of computers.

### Plus is enough if …

you use Docsi for a few study sheets, summaries and analyses a week and mostly convert, merge or recognise text locally.

### Pro pays off if …

you work through long lecture notes, reports or large tables with the AI every day, or need Docsi on three computers, for example at home, in the office and on the go.

### How many credits a task needs

It depends on how much text the AI has to read and write: a short question costs a few credits, a study sheet from long lecture notes considerably more. You see the balance in the input field.

## More questions about plans and pricing

**Do unused credits carry over to the next month?**

No. Every billing month starts with the full allowance of your plan: 2,000 credits on Plus, 6,000 on Pro. If you switch to Pro in the middle of a month, the higher allowance applies to the running month right away.

**What happens after I cancel?**

Your subscription keeps running until the end of the paid period. After that, Docsi locks its features until you subscribe again. Your own files and saved results stay on your computer.

**Is there a right of withdrawal?**

Yes. As a consumer you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; the details are in the [withdrawal notice](https://docsi.impulse-apps.de/en/terms/#withdrawal).

**Where do I find my invoices?**

In Stripe’s customer portal under [Manage subscription](https://docsi.impulse-apps.de/en/account/). There you download every invoice as a PDF and can also change your payment method.

**How much does Docsi AI cost per year?**

Paying monthly, Docsi Plus costs €119.88 a year (12 × €9.99) and Docsi Pro €239.88 (12 × €19.99). There is no annual plan, so you stay flexible month by month.

**Do I need a payment method for the trial?**

Yes. You add a payment method with Stripe when you start, but it is only charged after the 3 trial days. Cancel before, and nothing is charged.
